Glenn Miles Obituary

He was born to Elmer and Lillie Miles in rural Doniphan, Missouri, on October 11, 1932. He is survived by his wife, Lynn Pearson Miles; daughters, Susan Miles Whitaker (Campbell), and Anne-Marie Miles Callahan (Mike); granddaughters, Anne Whitaker (Adam), Audrey Whitaker (Alexa), and Kristen Callahan Criswell (Garrett), and great-grandchild, Rylan Criswell. He is also survived by his second family, stepdaughter, Debra Fritch (Angie); grandchildren, Payton Fritch Russell (Mike), Kalyn Levens, and Luke Levens; and great-grandchild, Evelyn Russell. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Gerald and George Miles, and his sister, Mary Elizabeth (Beth) Ambra. He attended Doniphan High School, the University of Missouri and the University of Missouri School of Medicine. Post graduate training was at St. Louis County Hospital. He practiced Family and Emergency medicine in Missouri and Florida. He served honorably in the US Air Force.
