Glenn W. Waite

Glenn W. Waite, 90, of Mount Pleasant, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Friday March 27, 2026. He was born July 16, 1935 in Derry, the son of the late Jay B. and Ruth (Crusan) Waite. Glenn was an Army veteran and a retired lead lineman for West Penn Power Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and trapping, loved country music and liked to travel. He was a member of New Stanton Assembly of God Church. He is survived by his wife Dorothy M. (Tatters) Holderbaum Waite; his children Scott G. Waite, Kelly L. Campbell (John Jeffrey), James W. Waite (Patti Lou), Brian L. Holderbaum (Dorothy), and Luraye Brown (Rob); nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister Sandy Common (Jim Rice); also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main St., Irwin, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 1, at 10:30 a.m. followed by military honors.
