Glenna "Diane" Hash, age 72, of Lexington, beloved wife of Jerry Hash, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born March 30, 1953, in Hustonville in Lincoln County, KY, a daughter of Roberta Mullins Lynn of Lexington and the late Glendale Lynn.
A member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Diane was an amazing cook and baker having provided in home catering though out the years for many people including her own family. She also was a wonderful caregiver to the many children she cared for in her daycare. Diane was her family "bookkeeper", keeping track of her family's expenditures and finances through the years. She will be remembered for being a tremendous wife, mother, and grandmother, having been deeply involved and present with her children and grandchildren's school functions, ballgames, and social activities.
Besides her faithful husband of 53 years, she is survived by: two sons, Eric (Michelle) Hash of Lexington, and Todd (Kim) Hash of Richmond; three grandchildren, Christian Hash of Lexington, Spencer Hash of Lexington, and Anna Hash of Auburn, AL; and a sister, Deborah (Charlie) Tutt of Houston, TX. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Lynn.
Funeral services will be 12:30 PM Monday, May 12, 2025, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road. Visitation will be 10:30AM-12:30PM Monday, May 12th at the funeral home. Burial will be at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Memorials are suggested to a charity of one's choice.
