Gloria Babb Obituary
Gloria Lynn Babb, 48, of 8400 Highway 405, Maceo, died Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Ft. Campbell native had worked as a secretary at the Traveller's Protection Association and Baron Homes. She attended Yelvington Baptist Church and enjoyed her cats and flowers.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Babb in 1975.
She is survived by her father, Lloyd Lee Babb of Owensboro; three brothers, William Babb of Owensboro, Robert Babb of Maceo and Rev. Sam White of Staunton, VA.; a sister, Carol James of Owensboro; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 7 P.M., Thursday, August 1, 2002 at the Glenn Funeral Home in Owensboro with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. on Thursday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Arthritis Foundation.
