With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Malia Cartusciello, a kind and vibrant soul, who passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, at Meadow Lakes in East Windsor, NJ. Gloria was 93 years old, a true testament to a life filled with love and compassion.

Born on November 8, 1931, in Brooklyn, NY, Gloria spent her formative years surrounded by the bustling energy of the city. With a diligent spirit, she devoted many years to Coney Island Hospital, where she ultimately rose to the role of Director of Medical Records, a position she cherished until her retirement in 1993. Gloria's commitment to her work was matched by her zest for life, and after relocating to the Princeton area in 1995 with her beloved brother, Alphonse, she embraced her newfound surroundings with joy, frequently indulging in shopping, the arts, and the enriching world of local theatre.

Gloria's final years were spent in East Windsor, a place she called home since 2017. There, she found warmth and camaraderie within the Meadow Lakes community, where she created lasting friendships and beautiful memories.

She leaves behind an enduring legacy through her nephews, James, John, and Michael Reale, as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews who will carry her memory with love.
