Gloria Constance Antoinette Slicer

GLORIA CONSTANCE ANTOINETTE SLICER, of Kennett Square, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the Mercy Suburban Hospital. She was the wife of Charles Kirk Slicer, Sr., who passed away in 2004 and with whom she shared 51 years of marriage. Born in West Chester, PA, she was one of four children of the late Gabriel and Antoinette Bove Mattioni. She owned Union Plaza-South and Monique's Boutique.in Kennett Square, PA Mrs. Slicer enjoyed taking care of her home, "Cross Winds", cooking, flower gardening, and being with her family and friends. She loved life. She was a beautiful mother, and loved very much her late husband and her son and daughter. She is survived by one daughter, Monique C. Slicer of Kennett Square, PA and one son, Charles Kirk Slicer, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, and two granddaughters.. Her Mass and burial will be private.
