Betsy,
I was so fortunate to catch up with Gloria around the time of our 50th class reunion. We had many memories to share once again. Gloria was a kind and loving person with lots of personality. She gifted me (for my grand daughter) a wonderful doll house she had made as well as a doll house barn (for my grandson). Lots of love went into making these two lovely pieces. I was truly honored to receive them and they are loved by my grandkids.

So very sorry to see this. Gone too soon. Our moms were 1st cousins, which made us 'shirtail' cousins. Rest in peace.

I´ve had the pleasure of playing with Gloria for many, many years. As a member of the Grand Rapids & District Pipe Band she always welcomed us every time we came down for band events. Her talents were many and she will be sorely missed.

I believe Gloria enjoyed her work at WMU and her efforts showed that dedication in her concern for students. My last memory of her was listening to her bagpipe as she played on my last day, on my way out the door. She was a very interesting lady who gave a lot to those around her, at work and in the community. I am saddened to hear of her passing and hope that her loved ones are comforted by memories and by the many who knew her and appreciated all she gave to life.
