Gloria Gross

Gloria Gross passed away on March 3, 2026 in Fairfax, Virginia at the age of 91. Gloria was born November 15, 1934 in Harrisburg, PA.

The middle child of Barney and May Gross, Gloria was devoted to her loved ones throughout her life. Gloria built a versatile career spanning business administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and sales. Above all her professional accomplishments, her priority was working with, keeping track of, and supporting her younger brother Norman's business ventures. She was a gifted conversationalist and a dear friend to many, always ready with a kind word and a helping hand.

Gloria is predeceased by her parents and older brother William (Bill) Gross.

She is survived by her brother Norman Gross of Fairfax, VA and her sister-in-law Rhea Gross of Daytona Beach, FL. She was a wonderful Aunt to Bill and Rhea's children Harry (Locust Grove, VA), Jeffrey (Charlotte, NC), Steven (Charlotte), and Andrew Gross (Daytona Beach), and Norman's daughter Melissa Hampton (Silver Spring, MD).

Gloria was also the source of many cherished memories as a great-aunt to Lauren, Bradley, Hannah, Nicholas, Sophia, Ryan, Cyrus, Isabella, and Jackson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Beth El Cemetery 1100 South Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, with Rabbi Ariana Capptauber officiating.
