Gloria Musco Obituary
Gloria's most cherished role was as a mother to 4 children, grandmother to 12 and great-grandmother to 12. She is loved and remembered by her daughter, Cecelia Tremblay and her husband, Dave; her son, Charles Musco and his wife, Mary Beth; And 2 additional children who respectfully wish to remain private; her sister, Linda Keller and her husband, Jack; and her brother, Charles Faro.
Gloria was born in Astoria, New York on June 21, 1927, to the late Charles Faro and Celia Gallo Faro. She was fondly nicknamed "Gloria from Astoria" at her final home, Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill. Gloria and Philip were successful business and real estate owners in New York. One of their businesses, Gloria Pizza, was named in her honor.
Family and friends are invited to Gloria's visitation on Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 6 pm to 8pm at the Braselton Funeral Home, 5257 Hwy 53, Braselton, Georgia 30517. A reception will be held in the Braselton room at the funeral home from 4 pm to 6 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 11 am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 6439 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch, Georgia 30542, with livestream available by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Interment will follow at Memorial Park South, 4121 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, Georgia 30542.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on-line to Cross Bearers Ministry (which provides food and meals for those in need through Prince of Peace Catholic Church) at http://www.osvhub.com/popfb/giving/funds and then scroll down to Cross Bearers Ministry. Alternatively, checks can be made out to and sent to Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Please notate in the footnote that the donation is made in honor of Gloria Musco.
