She was preceded in death by her father, William Russell Spaulding; mother, Pauline Spaulding; and her brother, William Russell Spaulding, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Allen Price of Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy D. Price and Suzette Price of Chatsworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy and Caleb Ballew of Sandpoint, ID, Georgia and Eric Brown of Staunton, VA, and Tiffany and Scotty Campbell of Staunton, VA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Harriet Spaulding of Reidsville, NC, Dean Spaulding of Chatsworth, and Frankie and Angela Spaulding of Russin, NC; grandchildren, Ryan Brown, Chelsea Brown, Justin Brown, Alex Ballew, Isaiah Ballew, Elijah Ballew, Mattie Ballew, and Kohen Campbell; special family friend, Tammy Duckett; extended family also survives.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Gloria Jean Price will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 3:00 pm in the fellowship hall of Shining Light Baptist Church. The family invites all friends and other extended family members to attend. A private interment service will be held prior.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mrs. Gloria Jean Price.
