Macon, Georgia - Services for Gloria Cliett Reynolds will be 12:00 noon Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Greater Little Rock Baptist Church with burial at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. Mrs. Gloria Cliett Reynolds was born to the parentage of Willie H. and Dora June Jones Cliett in Macon, Georgia. She was a life-long resident of Macon, GA and peacefully died, after an extended illness, with family by her side. Mrs. Reynolds accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at an early age at Unionville Baptist Church in Macon where her family were members. She was educated in the public schools of Bibb County, Macon at Wheatley Elementary School and Hudson High School, graduating in 1944. Gloria was married to the late Willie Frank Reynolds, II and to this union four children were born. She supported, with excellence, her four children throughout her life. Her faith in God guided her to accept the challenges of life while trusting God through all things. She became a member of the Greater Little Rock Baptist Church of Macon in the 1950s under the pastorate of Rev. William David Lewis (her Brother-in-Law). Gloria was installed as the Church Mother by her Pastor recently. She was a member of the Mother Board, Deaconess Board, Adult Coir, Missions, the Adult Sunday Class and weekly Bible Study. Gloria's employment history includes Leesburg Restaurant; Spears Donut; Pilgrim Health and Life Insurance Company as an Agent, Bibb Mills, Macon Hospital (Atrium Navicent Health) as a Ward Clerk, and Robins Air Force Base GA in the Gyro Shop from which she retired, just to name a few. To cherish her memories, Gloria is survived by two of her four children, Dora Dudley (Macon, GA) and David Reynolds (Copperas Cove, TX); 13 Grand Children, 22 Great-Grand Children, 11 Great-Great Grand Children and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
