Gloria Scolaro

Gloria Scolaro, age 96, of New Hyde Park, New York, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, generosity, and the warmth she shared so freely with others.

Gloria's kitchen was the heart of her home. She found joy in cooking for everyone-family, friends, and neighbors-and her baking was an expression of the care she poured into every relationship. Her meals brought people together, and her table became a place where memories were made and traditions were passed down.

She was the devoted mother of John, Anthony, and Joann, and she is reunited in eternal peace with her beloved son Michael and her cherished husband John, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Gloria is also survived by her loving son in law Salvatore and her caring daughter in law Patricia, both of whom she held close to her heart.

Gloria was the cherished grandmother of Salvatore, John, and Jeneen, and she welcomed their spouses-Alex, Wendy, and Justin-as part of the family with the same warmth she offered everyone she loved. She was also the proud great grandmother of Angel, Adelina, Elisa, Chiara, and Carlo, each bringing her immense joy and pride.

Her kindness, her steady presence, and the love she poured into her family will be remembered always. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
