Gloria Ann Webb

Gloria Ann Webb, age 83, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the St. Francis Hospital of Memphis, TN after a courageous battle against cancer. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Webb will be conducted on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Bells Funeral Home. A visitation will begin on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Bells Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour at 2:00 P.M.

Mrs. Gloria was born in San Antonio, TX on April 12, 1942, to the late Willie Deicke and the late Lonie Lenz Baker. She was a 1960 graduate of Stephen F. Austin High School. Later in life, she married the love of her life on November 13, 1982, her surviving husband of over 42 years of marriage: Bro. Robert Thomas Webb of Brownsville, TN. Mrs. Gloria was a very dedicated and devoted wife. She was always a very classy lady, never swore and always very giving and passionate with her family, her garden and her home. She took to the role of pastor’s wife and flourished with each congregation. She was a member of the Rossville Independent Methodist Church of Shelby County, TN. Mrs. Gloria was meticulous that everything was spotless and perfect, putting such time and dedication with every detail. She collected Precious Moment figurines and loved reading and painting. She will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of having her in their lives.

Along with her husband, she is survived by two daughters: Theresa Marbry (JC) of Covington, TN, Kathy Stewart (John) of Katy, TX; two sisters: Dorothy Brune of Thorndale, TX, Debbie Ward (Vernon) of Wimberly, TX; She leaves behind numerous friends, a host of nieces and nephews; Seven Grandchildren; Five Great-Grandchildren and her loving companion “Maggie”.
