I pray God strengthens you as you adjust to the absence of Dean. May it comfort you to know God's word declares absent from the body, present with the Lord. I know Dean (and the Austin family) from our church childhood days. Blessings.

My sincere condolences to Dean's family. I grew up knowing his family, who lived across the street from my cousins in Waterloo. I also worked with him in the Department of Public Health for a few years. He was a nice person to know. May the memories you shared bring you peace during this time.
