Grace L. Moore

Circleville Grace L. Moore, age 80, of Circleville, Ohio passed peacefully at her residence on Monday, December 22, 2025. She leaves behind a daughter, Jodi Welsh of Ashville and a sister Connie Duffey of Westerville. She also leaves behind the love of her life, her dog Holly. Grace also leaves behind numerous nephews and nieces who she loved dearly.

Grace worked for 12 years as a homecare aide for Pickaway County and worked 21 years with her husband to develop and distribute the Columbus Messenger. She was a member of the Circleville Presbyterian Church where she was involved in their cookie walk, outdoor work and various positions to assist in the work of the church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul E. Welsh Sr. and Louise (Runkle) Massie. Grace was also preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, Earle F. Moore; brothers, Paul, Ralph, Jeff and sister, Barb Leopold.

Family will receive friends on Friday, December 26th from 12:00 p.m. noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St, Ashville, OH. A private graveside service will be held at Reber Hill Cemetery, Ashville.

In lieu of flowers, Grace's request is that you plant a flower in your own yard and think of her every time you see it. Donations in her memory can be made to Circleville Presbyterian Church, 134 E Mound St, Circleville, OH 43113 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
