Grace was born in Flint, Michigan on November 16, 1938, the beloved daughter of the late David and Grace (Good) Smith. She married the love of her life, Ray Wilcox, on January 11, 1958, and together they shared many wonderful years until his passing on April 1, 2022. Grace's greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought endless pride and happiness to her life. She treasured time spent at the family cabin on Drummond Island, creating memories filled with laughter and love. Grace had a deep appreciation for flowers and found joy in their beauty. An exceptional cook, Grace was known for her generous spirit and welcoming home and no one ever left her house hungry. Her warmth, love, and devotion to family will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Grace is survived by her loving children: Ray Wilcox, Roy (Dawn) Wilcox, Diana (Scott) Stephens and Michael (Angie Ladisky) Wilcox; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and many other loving family members and good friends. She was preceded in death by both parents; husband, Ray Wilcox; daughter-in-law, Stacey Wilcox; 11 siblings.
