Grady Columbus Wilmoth

Grady Columbus Wilmoth, 75, of Dobson, North Carolina passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026. Born April 10, 1950, in Surry County to the late James Porter and Naomi Cook Wilmoth. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Tonie Cheek Wilmoth; daughters and sons-in-law, April Greenwood and Darren, Jaylen Spicer, and Amy Johnson and Bill; grandchildren, Logan Presnell, Payton Dunbar, and Hunter Johnson and wife, Aliece; sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth Voss and Joe; sister-in-law, Sharon Wilmoth; special nephew, Matthew Voss; and niece and nephew, Hannah and Sterling. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by daughters, Candance Ann Wilmoth, and Jamie Spicer; and brother, James Brady Wilmoth. A celebration of life will be held 1:00-3:00 PM on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Dayspring Baptist Chapel Fellowship Hall, 2286 White Dirt Road, Dobson NC 27017. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to the donor’s choice.  The family wished to thank Moody-Davis for the service provided to the Wilmoth family.
