Greg Montgomery, 29, of Huntsville passed away Friday, October 11, 2024. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Kenneth Rogers officiating. Burial will be at Midway Memorial Garden.
Born on February 5, 1995, to Phillip and Julie Ward Montgomery, Greg was an avid reader, competitive gamer, and amateur chef. Greg was a joy to be around and would light up any room he walked into. Greg enjoyed helping his grandmother with pre-school children, playing pool, and spending time with his fiancee, Peyton.
Survivors include his fiancee, Peyton Robison; parents, Phillip and Julie Ward Montgomery; grandparents, Brenda (George) Hedges, Geraldine (Donald) White, Robert (Beverly) Montgomery, and Gregory Kilgore; one sister, Amber (Kenny) Naler; two brothers, Andrew Gaskin and Robert "Lee" Montgomery; and extended family.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
