Gregory Boatwright Obituary
Gregory was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rose Boatwright, with whom he shared over three decades of cherished memories since their marriage on February 22, 1992. His legacy of kindness is also carried on by his sister, Debra McGuirt and her husband Carl, his sister-in-law Lidia, and the many nieces, nephews, and cousins who were blessed to know him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Willa Mae, and brother, Gary Boatwright, with whom he shared a lifetime of brotherly love and camaraderie.
Greg's passion for life was evident in his love for his dog, Sadie Mae, and his unwavering support for his favorite sports teams. He could often be found cheering on the Buccaneers, reveling in a Florida State football game, or celebrating a victory by the Tampa Bay Lightning. Soccer matches, too, were a source of great excitement and joy for him.
An adventurous soul, Greg found solace and happiness in the mountains of Tennessee, where he would travel to embrace the tranquility of nature. Redington Beach held a special place in his heart, serving as a frequent destination where he could unwind and bask in the beauty of the ocean.
Those who knew Greg would describe him as a loving individual, whose selfless nature made him a great guy to be around. His adventurous spirit inspired many, and his warmth and generosity knew no bounds. Greg's life was a journey of love, laughter, and selfless acts that touched the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.
Gregory Fletcher Boatwright will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of his family and friends. His legacy of love, adventure, and selflessness will endure, a comforting presence that remains even as he has journeyed on.

Rose, i am so sorry for your loss. Greg loved you so much and you had such a beautiful marriage. He was such a sweetheart. He'll be greatly missed by all who knew him.
