Greg was a caring and competent chaplain by whom I was blessed and with whom I was proud to serve.

Greg was in my chaplain basic course in Newport, R.I.Oct 1981. Really enjoyed his friendship as our careers in the Navy moved forward. An awesome Priest and Chaplain. He was respected and loved by many. I'm blessed to have known Greg and served with him. He will be missed but will live on in our memories and sea stories!

A great man. Sorry to hear of Greg's death. We knew each other in the Navy. A fine priest, bright and thoughtful. Also a very effective and patient servant of the Lord. May God continue to bless his life and memory for us all. RDML David Stinson

I had the privilege of serving with Greg when he was the Force Chaplain for the Navy Reserve in New Orleans. He was one of the most delightful and wise colleagues with whom I served in the Navy. I could always rely on his astute counsel as well as his sense of humor for guidance--great qualities that helped shape my own leadership. May God's blessings be upon him and those of his beloved family. He will be greatly missed.

Gregg was a dear and devoted friend, confidant, spiritual well-source and trusted colleague. We spent many hours in spiritual reflection, drinking excellent Italian vino and resolving the problems of the world.
I am deeply saddened to learn of his passing, but I know he will continue to labor selflessly in the vineyard of the Lord.
