Greg, you are not gone. You were honored at the Short North Business Alliance gala last week. Your brother spoke on your behalf and there was your mug on the screen. Damn, they said some great things about you and the Doo-Dah Parade.
You are alive and well. I even said some myself.

Deep felt condolences to the Carr family. Gregory, too many miles and too many years since we shared memories of PC roommates. Rest in peace my friend.

Greg will be sadly missed. My sincere condolences to the Carr family and all his friends.

I met Greg in first grade at St Catherines grade school(1954). We had many sleep overs and dressed up like Davy Crockett, played miniature golf and played "choose up" baseball games in the back yard. 61 years of Greg`s friendship will missed. My condolences

Many ideas were launched at the Short North Tavern, but more importantly, great friendships and Greg you were the centerpiece of this unique gathering place. You will be missed by many. God Bless You and Slán abhaile (it's Irish ya know).

Forever more will he be remembered. Greg and I attended Aquinas, then went on to finish at different schools. He will always remain an Aquinas man to me. Veritas.

Always there to help! Over the 25 years I knew Greg he was always looking for solutions to help our City along. The Neighborhood Design Center, the Short North Tavern and SNBA ... you will never know how instrumental you were to me and many others in this community! I will miss you my friend.

I got to know Gregory Carr when writing a book about his grandfather, Joe F. Carr. He was a great person to talk to and enjoyed our conversations every time we talked. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Gregory and I made our peace and Brandon and Kaitlyn and I loved him.

I just happened to read today's obituaries and saw Greg's with sadness, but great resolve knowing he lived his life on his terms. Greg and I worked together at the City of Columbus (I was the receptionist) in the early 80's. There were so many people who thought he was crazy to consider "that neighborhood" north of downtown would ever come to anything. It was that vision why so many enjoy what's going on there today and hopefully for many many years to come. Thank you, Greg.
