Gregory James Davey was born to Charles Davey and Gladys Jeanette Grover (Penrod) on July 28th, 1961 in Wichita, Ks. His battle with cancer ended on November 3rd, 2021. Greg was Preceded in death by Charles Davey, his Mother- Jeanie Penrod, Father- Ronald Penrod, Carol Dorr (Davey), Don Dorr, Brother- Brian Davey and his dog Gus. He is survived by Mary Davey, Mother of his Daughters; Kayla Davey (Michael Conine), and Aleah Webber.
His Sister-Vicki Chessher (James), Brothers- Larry Penrod (Donette) and Lee Penrod (Elisa). Thirteen Grandchildren, Bryce, Jordan, Payton, Madison, Leiland, Taybor, Vivien, Martin, Henry, Evelyn, Mackennah, Macie and Jackson and four great grandchildren. He also leaves behind many other loved family members and friends.
Greg usually characterized his career to have been landscaping and home improvement and several custom trades. He was a craftsman and an artist. He added beauty to this world with his artistic soul in everything he did. From Landscaping and beautifying peoples homes to his drawings and music. Even as far as a hand-drawn map of El dorado Lake at the honor camp. His presence will be missed by many but his beautiful art is passed through in everyone he knew and all his marks he left throughout his life. That is a true gift.
A date has not been set to celebrate Greg's life at this time. We will announce a date once arrangements are finalized. Our family is grateful for all your thoughts and prayers. At this time condolences may be sent to:
