Services for Gregory Greg” Elijah Mehagan, 67, of Ardmore, are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at the Old Lone Grove Cemetery with Darryl Howard and Darren Howard officiating. Services will be under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.

Greg was born May 5, 1958, at Houston, TX to Mr. Elijah Clinton Mehagan, Jr. and Mrs. June (Van Buskirk) Farve. He departed this life December 18, 2025, at his home in Ardmore.

Greg's formative years were spent in Houston before he relocated to Ardmore in 1973, where he continued his journey of growth and discovery. He attended Plainview High School, proudly graduating with the class of 1976. His dedication to education followed him as he briefly pursued further studies at Oklahoma Baptist University. Following his time at OBU, Greg chose to work alongside his family in the bakery business owned by his father in Shawnee. This experience not only nurtured his work ethic but also deepened his family bonds. His commitment to serving others led him to enlist in the U.S. Army, where he honorably served for two years. This chapter of his life reflected his selflessness and dedication to his country. After his military service, Greg continued to embrace the bakery trade, becoming an integral part of Mr. Joe’s Bakery in Ardmore, where once again he worked closely with family. His most recent position was as a security guard at Winstar Casino. Greg leaves behind a legacy of hard work, loyalty, and love for his family.

Preceding him in death are his father, Elijah Clinton Mehagan, Jr.; stepfather, Joe Farve; son, Gregory Elijah Mehagan, Jr.

Survivors include his daughter, Christina Mehagan of Prague; mother, June Farve of Ardmore; siblings, Loretta Hall and husband James of Edmond, Paul Mehagan and wife Kim of Tulsa, Sherri Taylor and husband Gaylon of Lone Grove; grandchildren, Linda, Scott, Bobby, and Lacy Studeman; great grandchild, Naomi Holbrook; numerous other family and friends.
