Gregory Scott Nystrom

Gregory Scott Nystrom, 64, of Sandwich, IL passed away on May 18, 2022. Greg was born on June 21, 1957 in Ridgewood, New Jersey to Frederick and Elaine (Anderson-Bell) Nystrom. Greg liked golfing, woodworking, home repair and hiking. He also loved spending time with his family and friends and was always involved with his grandkids activities.
Greg is survived by his wife, Deb Nystrom; 2 children, Keith (Beth) Nystrom of Batavia, IL and Courtney (Vince) Salazar of Cortland, IL; 8 grandchildren, T.J., Kaeleigh, Mya, Willis Jun Veronica, Tony, Arianna and Bentley; His mother, Elaine of Loudon, TN; 2 brothers, David (Carol) Nystrom of Loudon, TN and Brad (Mary Anne) Nystrom of Lake Villa, IL; And 1 sister, Leslie (Jim) Murdock of Marshfield, WI.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frederick.
Inurnment will take place on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at West Batavia Cemetery, 900 S. Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510. A celebration of life will take place afterwards from 12:00 4:00 P.M. at Cantigny Park Red Oak Room, 27W270 Mack Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189.
