Gregory Anthony Paniagua entered into eternal rest on September 20, 2025 at the age of 54. He was born on December 12, 1970 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Richard and Sylvia Paniagua.

Gregory was a man of resilience, faith, and love who touched every life he encountered. Since birth, he faced challenges and quickly learned perseverance from the very beginning. At a young age, he endured the devastating loss of his mother Sylvia and two brothers, but carried forward with strength, faith, and the deep bonds of family.

Greg faced adversity with humor, lightheartedness, and an unshakable belief in God's plan. Selfless and steadfast, he carried his burdens with grace and used his gifts to serve others-always ready to help, encourage, or simply walk alongside a friend in need.

Becoming a father was his greatest joy. To his children, Anthony and Olivia, he was a protector, provider, and constant source of love. He lived for his family, showing up every day with laughter, wisdom, and unconditional devotion.

Greg was gifted with his hands, hardworking, and known for his humor, kindness, and ability to lift others up. He cherished family gatherings, loved music and laughter, and remained strong in spirit even as his health declined.

When faced with a final battle against cancer, Greg endured with courage and faith, surrounded by family and love. He joins his parents and brothers in eternal rest, leaving behind a legacy of strength, compassion, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

Gregory will be remembered as a devoted father, loving brother, cherished uncle, godfather, and loyal friend. His warmth, humor, and presence will continue to inspire all who knew him.

He is reunited in heaven with his parents, Richard and Sylvia Paniagua; nephew, Paul Paniagua Jr.; and brother-in-law Hector Gonzales.

Gregory will be loved and missed by his spouse, Andrea Sanchez; children, Anthony Paniagua and Olivia Saunders; siblings, Richard Paniagua Jr., Valeria Paniagua Dombart, Jacob Paniagua, Mary T. Paniagua, Philip Paniagua, Paul Paniagua, Monica Paniagua, Mary Ann Paniagua, Elizabeth Paniagua, and John Paniagua; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and beloved friends.
