Grover and Kathy were the nicest people I ever met. I am glad I was able to see Grover briefly at Ignite and the Hamburger Store within the last two months. He and Kathy would also speak to me. He and Kathy were always doing volunteer work, and they were always taking care of their family.

I met Grover through Phillips and Jane Phillips Society. Grover always was helping JPS, School Drive, Elks, Church, The Frank Phillips Home and many more. Grover will be missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace until we meet again.
