Guenter was my best buddy in the chorus. He was so warm and easy to talk to. It´s hard to believe we won´t see his gigantic smile or hear his heartfelt singing again. Guenter was our class clown-he loved to be silly, crack jokes, sing, dance, and just have fun. Despite tragic events in his life, Guenter had a childlike spirit and he chose positivity over pessimism. I laud Ute´s incredible effort in taking care of Guenter these last few difficult years. With love.

Sending our sincerest condolences to Ute and Remembering our friend Guenter as a kind, generous man. Always willing to lend a helping hand and giving generously of his time and talent for the Carlstadt Mixed Chorus. His tenor voice was appreciated and enjoyed by many. We have fond memories, particularly Guenter carrying the Carlstadt Mixed Chorus banner at the Steuben Day Parade into St Patrick´s Cathedral, his amazing baked goods, and tending bar.
We will miss you dear friend, rest in peace.
