He is survived by his loving companion of 33 years, Drema Peterson; his siblings Karen Perret (Bill), Kathy Wilson (Gary), David Carosso Jr. (Lisa), and John Carosso (Frances); his nieces and nephews Brandon (Rebecca), Jess (Brandon), Jonathon (Danielle), Sarah, and Nico; as well as his great-nieces and great-nephews Madison, Vivien, Ford, Bentley, Miyah, Willa, Ayla, Aria, and Caden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Carosso Sr. and Ruth McKeen Carosso, and by his sister, Nancy Carosso.
Guy was a man who found great joy in the simple things: a calm lake, a good day hunting or gardening in the beauty of the outdoors he loved, and caring for his beloved kitties, especially Lucy. His sense of humor and kindness touched the lives of many.
Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or Frankie's Friends.
