He was the former husband of Judith (Beeler) Devine. He was the long-time companion of the late Barbara Germaine. Beloved father of Kathleen Devine and her husband Steve Roth of Tetonia, ID and James Devine of North Fort Myers, FL. Brother of Claudia Merecki and Roberta Myers.
