Guy Alexander Kirk

Guy Alexander Kirk "Papa" beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025, surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of intelligence, adventure, and deep devotion to family.

Guy is survived by his loving wife, Sharon, with whom he shared a lifetime of partnership and love for over 50 years. He leaves behind five children: his 3 sons, Guy, Christopher and Patrick, and his 2 daughters, Lisa and April. His legacy continues through his 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy. He is also survived by his sister Cynthia who resides in Maryland.

An avid sailer and lover of the ocean, Guy found peace and inspiration on the water. He had a brilliant mind and was an accomplished inventor, creating numerous water systems through a lifetime of curiosity and problem-solving. His passions were many-sailing across open waters, driving cars with enthusiasm, and flying planes with confidence and wonder. He embraced life fully, always eager to learn, explore, and build.

Above all else, Guy cherished his family and friends. He was absolutely adored by those who knew him best, admired for his intelligence, warmth, and adventurous spirit. His presence filled rooms with stories, laughter, and wisdom, and his absence will be felt deeply by generations who loved him.

Guy Kirk will be remembered as a man who lived boldly, loved fiercely, and left the world better than he found it. He will be profoundly missed and forever held in the hearts of his family and friends.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
