Guy Kendall Madsen

Guy Kendall Madsen, 76, of Brooklyn Center, MN passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Guy was born on May 4, 1949 to Patricia (Montour) and Paul Madsen in Minneapolis, MN. He attended high school in Enderlin, ND and moved back to Minneapolis to work for the Soo Line Railroad for more than 25 years, later changing careers to be a machinist until retirement. He was very involved with his classic car shows through MN Street Rod Assn and the local bible mission thrift store as a volunteer. Guy is survived by wife Bonnie, children, Darli, Jazz, and Lacy, grandchildren, Megan, Madaline, Ethan, and Elida. Bonus children, Brenda (Michael), Kevin, Vicki (Alan), and grandchildren Alyssa (Julio), Greg Jr (Camille), Marquel (Amaree), Malea, Mya, Alec and Jayce, and great grandchildren Max Avery, Cohen, and Lenora. Brother Bruce (Mary) and sister Pamela (Greg). He will be missed by so many more.

A celebration of Guy's life will be held at the Brooklyn Park Community Center on Wednesday, January 14 from 3pm to 7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be distributed by the family to Guy's favorite charitable organizations. For more information see www.Washburn-McReavy.com.
