SIOUX CITY - Guy Bradley Watkins, 58, of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at a local hospital.

Guy was born September 18, 1965, in Sioux City, the son of David and Marilyn (Rebber) Watkins. He grew up in Sioux City and graduated from North High School in 1984. Guy attended Indiana University and graduated with a business degree and minor in economics.
Guy married Denise "DeeDee" Laing on October 15, 1994, in Sioux City. To this union, three sons were born. Guy worked for the family business, Prodenco, for 35 years and when his father passed away, became owner and operator of the company. He was previously active with the Boys Club and a member the Terec Group for 35 years, where he acted as the former president, vice president, and treasurer of this consortium. Guy belonged to multiple Dental Associations and was a volunteer of IMOM (Iowa Mission of Mercy). He enjoyed cooking, barbecuing, watching football, especially the Kansas City Chiefs, and playing with his dogs. Guy's greatest love and joy in life were his boys and the time spent with his family.
Survivors include his wife Denise "DeeDe"" Watkins; his sons: Alex Watkins of Brisbane, Australia, Zach Watkins of Sioux City, and Brady Watkins of Des Moines, IA; his mother Marilyn Watkins of Omaha, NE, his brother: Doug (Shannon) Watkins of Omaha, NE; and his beloved dogs.
Guy was preceded in death by his father David Watkins and his brother Jeff Watkins.
