Ha To Luu

Ha To Luu, age 73, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on November 10th. Ha was born to Dau Luu and Ngan Nham on November 23, 1951 in Saigon, Vietnam. Ha was united in marriage to Hue Quan on May 21st, 1983. Ha and Hue shared 42 years of marriage before Ha's untimely passing. The couple were blessed with 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
Ha was a chef and co-owner of Korea House, and when not working he enjoyed gardening, cooking, and looking after his grandkids. Ha will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, and affectionate grandfather. He was often described by others as energetic, passionate, helpful, kind, caring, and funny person.
Ha was preceded in death by his father, Dau Luu; mother, Ngan Nham, and two sisters. He is survived by his spouse Hue Luu; daughter Carolyn (Matthew) Duclos; daughter Holly (Anthony) Siegismund; son Phillip (Bettina) Luu; 7 grandchildren; 3 brothers; 6 sisters
A visitation for Ha will be held on November 15th, 10:00 am, at Greenlawn Funeral Homes located on 441 W. Battlefield Rd, Springfield, Mo. Services will be held immediately after visitation.
