I met Hannah while working together at Hallmark%. We had such fun together%. She was a friend in every sense of the word; laughing with me and crying with me%. I always called her my bawdy friend because of her sense of humor%. I will miss our trips and talks. She leaves a beautiful legacy of love for friends and family,

Hannah came into my life over 50 years ago. The first time we met, even before John and I were married, I thought she was very sophisticated and glamorous. During these years we have had lots of fun together, shopping at Hudson's, (now known as Macy's) eating at the Hudson's restaurant (Maurice salad, hot fudge cream puffs and Canadian cheese soup). Hannah always had chocolate ice cream with the cream puff! We spent many, many holidays together with Hannah and family driving in from Chicago to Detroit. I have missed her so much at the holidays during these last few years when she was too ill to come. Hannah was always ready to join us in the summer on little vacations we took to the UP, Pt. Austin, Gaylord to visit David and Glenda, or on a sailboat cruise to distant Lexington. She also arranged for John, David and me to join her on a trip on a lake freighter from Detroit to Marquette and back to Detroit. We always had a great time traveling together. It is hard to get used to the idea that someone who has been so much a part of our lives for so long is gone. Love to Jocelyn, Casey and Emma.

Hugs and love to Jocelyn, Casey and Emma! When I think about the best word to describe your Mom/Grandmother, I think of character. She was quite a character! Best sense of humor ever! Never at a loss for words. Loved her! So sorry for your loss. Sue and (Charlie) Peterson

Hannah is very much a part of my childhood memories with her laughing, smoking, her funny and sarcastic and much needed honest thoughts. She and my mother's bond was a beautiful example for the next generation of what a true and lasting friendship is all about. From borrowed pop up campers when money was tight, to back yard parties that went all night long, Hannah was there, living life fully! She loved her family and friends deeply and I know that Mary, Evan and Hannah are together, tearing up the heavens leaving as much of a mark up there as they did on earth. Prayers and deepest condolences for the loss of a great woman. Love, Bethany (Birkhaug) Muhvic and Family
