Hansaben was preceded in death by her devoted husband Janakrai J. Joshi and survived by her children Kalpana Patel (spouse Himanshu), Nila Vaishnav (spouse Bhavin), Atul Joshi (spouse Jaya), and Seema Naik (spouse Manoj). She was the proud grandmother of Kajal Patel, Rinita Acevedo (spouse Pablo), Anmol Patel (spouse Anshul), Amrita Joshi, and Saahil and Riya Naik, and cherished great-grandmother of Javier and Luca Acevedo.
Hansaben had a love for music, culture, religion, and spirituality. She touched countless lives with her warmth, compassion, and unwavering generosity. To her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, she passed on the enduring values of integrity, patience, and forgiveness. She embraced life with joy and laughter and found happiness in the simple moments shared with loved ones. Her radiant smile and gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her, and her light will forever shine through the generations she nurtured.

We are so sad to hear the loss of your mother. I only met her once at the reunion, but I have very fond memories of her. During her school days,she was in the same class as my sister and she could recite the names of all my sisters in the correct order. She was an amazing lady with razor sharp memory. I really enjoyed talking to her as she had a very warm welcoming smile and a courteous pleasant personality.

I was heartbroken to hear about the passing of your dear mother and our Hansa Masi. I know how close you all were to her, and I can only imagine the pain you all are feeling right now.
She was such a warm and graceful soul - always welcoming, always kind. I´ll never forget the way she smiled when we visited while you all were our neighbors in Dar, or how she made everyone feel at home. Her presence was a blessing to all who knew her.
