I grew up attending the Hedgesville Grange and church, Happy and Ralph were always around and everyone loved them. Happy made great soft cookies and her copper pennies were my favorite side at church dinners. My mom and I visited Happy a few years ago, she never changed all those years. Happy was a truly classy lady who always had a quick poem or story to share, along with some tea and cookies! Rest in peace, Happy. You were an amazing lady and I am blessed to have known you.
