Harish Babulal Soni

Dr. Harish Babulal Soni, 81, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on October 31, 2025. He was born on February 7, 1944, in Devgadh Baria, Gujarat, India. He earned his doctorate from M.S. University of Baroda and was the Chief of Staff at Woods Memorial Hospital in Etowah, Tennessee for over 23 years. He was a member of Sanatan Mandir of Chattanooga and enjoyed travelling, reading, playing bridge, and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He also loved helping others through his work and volunteering.

Dr. Soni was preceded in death by his parents, Babulal and Lilaben Soni.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Dr. Renuka Soni; sons, Pipasu (Christi) Soni and Parag (Ashley) Soni; and grandchildren, Emma, Abigail, Jag, Neela, and Reed.

A prayer service will be held from 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, South Crest Chapel, 833 Chickamauga Ave., Rossville, Georgia.
