Harley Vern Seth, 91, of rural Farmington, passed away at 4:20 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2011 at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka. Born January 31, 1920 near Peaksville, Missouri the son of Leroy and Estel Wells Seth. On May 19, 1940 at Anson, Missouri he married Helen Lucille Wallingford. She preceded him in death on July 22, 2006. Survivors include one son Wendell (LaVona) Seth of Farmington, two grandaughters Sandi (Ryan) Gooden and Tami (Steve) Kramer, one grandson Gary Seth. Nine great grandchildren: Kylee (Steve) Estenson, Anee (Justin) Lampe, Drew (Megan) Zane, Eric (Janelle) Kramer, Amanda (Grant) Cushman, Cori Seth, Colbi Seth, Quinton Seth and Kole Seth. Three great great grandchildren Rylee Lampe, Kaylee Kramer and Paige Kramer. Also survivng are several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one brother Bernard Seth. Harley enjoyed his family and drinking coffee with his friends. Friends may call after noon on Monday at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington with the family meeting friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Monday evening. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington with Pastor Tom Schultz officiating. Burial will be in the Christy Cemetery rural Farmington. A memorial has been established in his memory.
