Harold Eugene Coggins, Jr. of Nashville, TN passed away February 12, 2023. He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Janie Coggins, Sr., son, Roger Coggins, and daughter Lyndsey Garretson. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Diane Coggins; children, Tracy Coggins, Jaime Bailey (Casey), Jamie Carmack (Joe), and Angie Coggins (Roger); sisters, Cheryl Terrell, Marilynn Miller (Danny) and Lori Drake; grandchildren, Cory Coggins (McKenzie), Drew Coggins (Desi), Max Stines, Lannah Bailey, Bo Bailey, Reece Bailey, Sutton Carmack, Camden Carmack; great granddaughter Carsyn,; J.C. Spann and many other wonderful nieces and nephews.
Mr. Coggins retired from Bell South as a Manager of Operator Services after 31 years of faithful service. He loved working on cars and his favorite was his 1969 Chevy Nova, who he enjoyed taking to car shows. He was a Tennessee Titan's Fan, a Vol's Fan, but most of all, loved spending time building LEGO's with his grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 24, 2023, from 10:00am until the service time of 1:30pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN. Inurnment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy. 100, Nashville, TN.
