Harold Donaldson Dupree III
February 11, 1979 – November 19, 2025

Harold "Denny" Donaldson Dupree III passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, surrounded by the people he loved most-his three devoted adult children and his beloved mother. He was 46 years old.

Born on February 11, 1979, in Elmira, New York to "Don" And Sandy Dupree (Larkin). In the early 1990s the Dupree family relocated to Aurora, Colorado. He was the only biological child and had two adopted sisters, Danielle and Brianna. He is preceded in death by his father and his grandparents, all of whom held special places in his heart.

Harold's greatest joys in life were his children and the world of music. His bond with them was the foundation of his world, and he took immense pride in the adults they have become. Throughout his childhood, he played a variety of instruments such as the trumpet and piano and as he grew older he would share his favorite songs with those around him. His mother, who stood by him throughout every chapter of his life, remained a constant source of comfort and support.

He will be remembered as a loving father, son, and friend. Harold leaves behind a family who will forever cherish his memory and continue to honor the Dupree name he so deeply valued.

Harold's passing leaves a deep void in the lives of those closest to him, but through his children (Kira (23), Josiah (22), and Mikaylah (19)) his memory and legacy will continue.

A celebration of life is being planned for February around his birthday.

May he rest in peace.
