Born on October 26, 1943 in Elmira, New York, he was the son of the late William and Reva (Allen) Folnsbee. Harold worked as a security guard for Dresser-Rand prior to his retirement.
Harold is survived by his niece, Dawn Folnsbee of Painted Post, NY; great-nephews: Sam (Alexis) Rose of Big Flats, NY, Brian Rose of Painted Post, NY; and his loving caregivers, Sterling Davis, III and Joelynn Davis.
In addition to his parents, Harold was predeceased by his longtime companion, Julie; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Walter and Emma Folnsbee Donald Eugene and Annabelle Folnsbee.
It was Harold's wish that there be no services. Phillips Funeral Home, 17 W. Pulteney St., Corning has been entrusted with the arrangements. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Harold Leroy Folnsbee II, please visit our Tree Store.
