Harold W. Frazier, of Felton, peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025. He was 82.
Harold was born on April 27, 1943, in Milford, DE, to the late Byron Wilson and Pauline (Clark) Frazier.
He grew up in Felton and graduated from Felton High School in 1961.
Mr. Frazier worked in the Standardbred Harness Racing business for over 35 years. He also owned and operated Panther Bus Service where he drove for Polytech High School.
Harold was a lifetime member of the Felton Fire Company.
He established Pine Grove Farm where he loved to raise Boar goats and would often loan the goats to local youth in the 4H and FFA organizations.
Harold was always happy being around people and anything that had to do with the outdoors.
Mr. Frazier is survived by his daughter, Stacy Morgan, his son, Brian Frazier and his fiancé Lori Lake, his ex-wife and dear friend, Sandra Frazier, his granddaughters, Emily and Taylor Morgan, his grandson, Luke Morgan, his nephew, Kevin Sipple and his wife Kelly, his niece, Karen Sipple, and a host of great and great-great nephews and nieces.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Donald Frazier, his sister, Joyce Melvin, and his nephew, Steve Sipple.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home, on Monday, September 8th starting at 10:00 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home’s chapel.
Interment is Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
