Harold Anterrio Hall a devoted family man, faithful believer, and passionate drummer, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at the age of 55. Harold was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Sam & Cecil Hall, and his father Harold Fuzzell.
Born on February 23, 1970 in
Rockwood, TN, Harold lived a life marked by love and faith.
Music was one of Harold's greatest joys. Harold got his first set of drums at age 5 and gave himself the title Master of Percussion (M.O.P.), just before he left home to attend Knoxville College. Harold had a natural sense of timing and loved playing drums for church choirs, and with his beloved KC Bulldog Marching Band percussion section. As a drummer, Harold lived out the call to "make a joyful noise unto the Lord," playing not for attention, but as an expression of gratitude, faith, and joy. To him, music was more than sound, it was a way to worship, and to bring people together.
A believer in God and a devoted family man, Harold lived with intention and heart. His faith wasn't loud or performative, it showed up in the way he loved his family, treated people with respect, and stayed steady through life's ups and downs. He believed in grace, gratitude, and doing right by others.
Family meant everything to Harold. As a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, nephew & cousin, he was present, dependable, and deeply caring. He found joy in making sure the people he loved knew they mattered; always showing up with steady support, humor, and love.
Harold leaves to mourn his passing his loving and devoted wife Shonda Grace, daughter Terae (Tae Hampton) Hall; sons Terrance (Jordan Johnson) Hall, Terrell (Marneicia) Hall, & Christopher Leeth; bonus children Jaden (Rebeckah) Eskridge, Joshua Eskridge; His "Pops" and loving mother Glenn & Virginia 'Jo' Hickman; brothers Shane (Renee) Hall, Allen (Ashley) Hickman, Sheldon Hickman; sisters Danielle (Ronnie) Scott, Jerri (Towan) Siler, Kanisha Dixon and Renee Robinson; sisters-in-law Elaine Willis, Mary Sue (Gene) Arnwine, Kim Dobson, Leslie (Cory) Adams, Diane Henderson Willis; brothers-in-law Edward "Toby" (Tina) Willis, and Terrance Willis; known affectionately as G-pop (p-pop) by his grandchildren Reiko & Avah Ransom, Daleah Hampton, A'Zias & Sai'Je Hall, Kyrie, Aiyana, Kayson & Koda Eskridge, and a grandson soon to be born, Terrell Hall, Jr. that he looked forward to with joy; close friends and family Efferem Williams, Lee Ware, Nigel Wigfall, Tisa Whack, Sonda (Charles) Bailey, Charmaine Henderson, Suzanne (Richard) Keck, Shawnry & Nikki Baker, Brenda Relliford, the M.O.P.
