Harold Herr Obituary
Born July 28, 1934, in Zelienople, he was the son of the late Harry R. and Alma Agnew Herr.
Harold was a devoted member of St. Peter's Reformed Church. He was a proud war veteran who served as a staff sergeant in Korea. Harold was involved in many organizations, including the Harmony Lodge No. 429 F&AM, Zelienople American Legion and the Harmony Borough Council. He also received awards from those organizations such as the Distinguished Service Award, American Legion Development of Building Award and the Lifetime Community Involvement Award. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Darla L. Herr; his children, Dana L. Knapp (Gregory), Jill Allman (Jamie) and Jay Herr (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kaleb, Emily and Hannah Knapp, Joshua, Julia, Jenna and Jack Allman, Kayli (Steve) Tobin, Mia (Ryan) Edder and Noah Herr; and his great-grandson, Echo Jay Tobin.
HERR - Friends and family of Harold L. Herr, who died Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025, will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 25, at the funeral home, with military honors.
He will be laid to rest at St. Peter's Reformed Church Cemetery.

So sorry to hear of Mr. Herr's passing. He always had a smile and a cheery hello ever time Fred and I saw him. He will be missed in Harmony for sure.
