I was thinking about some of the people that I've known in my life and remembered Harold Hopper of Logansport, Indiana. Looking him up lead me to his obituary.
As a young salesman for Scholz Homes, I met many interesting people but no one like Harold. He basically trained me to do my job and also proved to me that you could be independent and self-sufficient in this world and be successful.
He was one of a kind and a role model to me and I regret that I never got to tell him so...
