Harold Riefle Obituary
Harold was a proud retired Teamster of Local 600 and a US Navy Veteran. He enjoyed NASCAR and going to stock car races and the casino. He could sit for hours either working the Sunday newspaper puzzles, playing solitaire on his computer or carrying on a conversation with anyone he would meet. He knew know strangers.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Bea Riefle, brother Alan Riefle, step-children Timothy Stoddard and Tammy Novak and brother-in-law Roy Turnbull.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Thelma (nee Phillips) Riefle, son Dean (Judy) Riefle, daughter Clara Elmore, Grandchildren Timothy Stoddard, Christopher Stoddard, Jason Novak, Jennifer Novak, Derek Riefle, Daniel Riefle and Jason Riefle, siter Donna Turnbull, sister-in-law Paula Riefle along with his great grandchildren and other relatives, friends and his English bulldog Sassy.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, IL.
