April 8, 1935 - September 18, 2015
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John Tonomura. John is survived by his loving wife Marlene Tonomura. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 East Hastings St., Vancouver, BC. In Lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society. Marlene thanks you for your support and kind words through this difficult time.

I was very sadden to hear of John's passing.
I met John after I came back from Japan.
We belonged to YJF (Young Japanese Fellowship) back in 1959. He was such a kind & gentle person.
My deepest sympathy to Marlene & Family.
