Mr. Wise, thank you for being the finest Director of Trumbull Housing Authority Stern Village ever had. You were kind, helpful and professional. It was your job to see to it that all the tenants here were happy and well cared for, and you did it well.Thank you, Mr. Wise. I will always remember the years you were our Director with joy. Wise family....I'm so very sorry for your loss of Harry .I remember Harry playing basketball at our house in Wethersfield. He was a friend of my sister Gayanne and I'm sure many others. The very best to the family and Tommy at this difficult time.
