Harriet Eads Obituary
Harriet A.Mills Eads passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the age of 91 years old, with loved ones around her. After retiring from C&O railroad (CSX), she enjoyed travel and quiet times at home, working her ever present crossword puzzles, or getting out to eat at Colonial Cottage. She always enjoyed Christmas and having family visit. She was preceded in death by her parents,Raymond and Rose Buckman, a sister Virginia Buckman and her brother William Buckman. She was also was preceded in death by her husbands, the late Ronald Mills and the late Robert Eads. She was preceded in death by her children, the late Stephen Mills, Ronald J. Mills and Nancy Mullins. Harriet is survived by her son, John D. Mills, 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday November 21st from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pk. Ft. Wright, KY 41017. As she was devoted to her church,sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to: Grace Church 429 Ft. Henry Dr. Ft. Wright, KY 41011.
