Sweet, beautiful, kind and always welcoming Mrs. Koppel! I will always remember her with such respect and gratitude. The Koppels lived around the block from my family in Lakewood Village. Susan and I were in the same Blue Bird/Camp Fire Group and my goodness did we have a fun time altogether!! Our mom's would take turns being our leader and Mrs. Koppel was always so sweet to each one of us rambunctious little girls. It was always soooo much fun when we'd gather at the Koppel home on Blackthorne!! Mr. Koppel was always immensely kind as well. I can definitely vouch for this for sure!!....Mr. and Mrs. Koppel raised amazing children! Each of them was incredibly friendly, a LOT of fun and always welcoming when we'd gather as Blue Birds/Camp Fire Girls at their home. They were the same too, when I'd ask my Mom, "Hey Mom? Can I go around the block to play? Susan's home!"
Most definitely, Melinda, Greg, Susan and John were blessed with the wonderful attributes that both their Mom and Dad had. They ~ and no doubt their children as well ~ will be carrying throughout their lifetimes ~ all of those beautiful attributes that Mrs. Koppel and Mr. Koppel so lovingly touched and blessed each one of their lives with.
My deeply heartfelt thoughts and prayers are steadfastly with you all, beautiful Koppel Family.
❤
